For most of my career, I lived fast — running packed venues, building nightlife brands, leading teams, and chasing growth like it was the only goal. And truthfully? I loved it.

But somewhere in the hustle, I felt the weight — literally and figuratively. I wasn't taking care of myself, and it caught up with me. So I hit pause and made a move that changed everything: I chose Bali.

What started as a change of scenery became a complete reset. I didn't just lose 80 pounds (35 kg) — I rewired how I live. I fell back in love with real food: simple, natural, joyful. I've always loved eating (that hasn't changed), but now I make smarter choices.

That passion extends beyond the table. I’ve developed my own standardized recipes and kitchen systems, just for the joy of it. I cost out my own meals, treat my home kitchen like a restaurant operation, and even design daily water recipes to support energy, digestion, and balance. It's part of the same philosophy: crafting experiences that feel good in the moment and even better after.

That shift shapes everything I do today — creating experiences that are nourishing, memorable, and deeply considered.

Whether it's finding the hidden beach, securing the impossible reservation, or connecting you with local artisans, I help turn ordinary moments into extraordinary stories.

And years of stand-up have sharpened my ability to read a room, connect across cultures, and find that perfect moment of timing — skills that flow into my hospitality and travel work every day.
